Cancellations
The guest shall be charged 5% of the entire stay if cancelled upon booking is made.
Bookings cancelled 14 days prior arrival shall be charged 35% of the entire stay.
Check In / Check Out
Check In is 2pm, and Check Out is 12 noon.
No Show
In the event of a non-arrival (no show) guaranteed reservations will be subject to a charge of up to the whole reservation amount.
Late Check Out
Late Check Out up to 6pm on the day of the departure will be charged 50% of the room charge of the previous night. Late Check Out later than 6pm on the day of the departure will be charged 100% of the room charge of the previous night.
Extra Bed:
Extra Bed is Php2,800 per night with breakfast. One Villa can accommodate only one extra bed.
Child Policy:
Children 6 years old and below are free of charge when staying on an existing bed. Maximum of 2.
